The Formula 1 Rolex Australian Grand Prix is upon us with the Australian-owned Idle Hour Vodka partnering with the event for a third consecutive year – curating a line-up of bars and restaurants you can enjoy the drink when you’re not trackside.
Idle Hour Vodka has selected a variety of restaurants and bars across Victoria for the month of March to bring a trackside experience beyond Albert Park – all in the name of getting your revs on at the bar instead.
Premium vodka cocktails will be shaken and stirred at Token in South Yarra, Maven by Morgan in Fizroy and Pascale Bar and Grill at QT Melbourne.
Geelong’s Tempo Restaurant and Bar on the waterfront is also partnering for the occasion as is the Mornington Peninsula’s Stringers Sorrento.
Head to these above mentioned locations to order one of three special cocktails on offer:
- Lift and Coast – a blood orange and rhubarb vodka smash.
- Rumblestrip – a mandarin inspired take on a cosmopolitan.
- Jumpstart – a grapefruit and pomegranate vodka sour.
According to Co-Founder and Director of Idle Hour Vodka Ewen Pettit, partnering with the Formula 1 for a third year in a row is a huge win for his Australian-made and owned brand.
“With this campaign we aim to extend the excitement of the Grand Prix beyond the Albert Park track and make it accessible for all Victorians,” says Ewen Pettit.
“Our exclusive cocktails are crafted to capture the essence of the race and elevate the taste of vodka enthusiasts across the state,” he says.
Idle Hour Vodka is offering one lucky winner the chance to win a double four-day pass to the Grand Prix, along with an exclusive Pit Lane Walk experience PLUS a four-night stay at the QT Melbourne all details available here.
